We offer several delivery options & delivery speeds, and these are all displayed on the product pages as you browse our website. The options presented vary and are based on your delivery address and the options you select during checkout. All of our parcel deliveries are fully tracked, with tracking numbers being provided to you for each order when it is dispatched.
Here is a guide to the various delivery options and prices, by location:
- Click & Collect via HubBox - delivery to over 4,000+ UK locations - £3.99 for 1-2 working days delivery (Royal Mail 24 service) or £1.99 for 2-3 working days delivery (Royal Mail 48 service).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (delivery within 2-3 working days) on orders £20 or above - FREE delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (delivery within 2-3 working days) on orders under £20 - £1.99 delivery charge.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 service (delivery within 1-2 working days) - £3.99 delivery charge.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 service applies to any UK delivery address orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after 3.00pm UK time (UTC + 1) will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday.

All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in one to two working days.
If you place your order and it is processed before 3pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.
Please note that although we can send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied.
Unfortunately, we can not cover any import taxes or taxes that may be applied to your delivery during shipment. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and the costs must be paid for by you. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
All our postal services offered are reflected at the current postage rates and any promotions we may offer from time to time. These can change at any point without prior notification.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO BLFD CLOTHING
Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after your delivery. You will find a returns form/invoice within your delivered package. Please state your name, delivery address and order confirmation number (this would have been advised in your order confirmation email).
If however you have gone through our customer support for your return/exchange and it has been approved you may send your items to;

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person. We will not accept any parcels that aren't delivered by a courier and parcels must be sent back to us through a courier service.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 5-7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange accordingly.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. If these are returned to us with any of the following conditions, your items will be returned to you:
- Products which are not in a resalable condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Products which do not have original labels and tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Products that are sent back to us, 30 days after you've received them.
For any defective or damaged products please contact our customer service first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We can not exchange items for other items, we can only exchange items for different sizes or colours in the same item.
- The return shipment for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer. Exceptions include faulty products, these will be paid for by us the retailer and you must contact us before sending your items back to us so that we can send you a pre-paid returns label. We can not refund you for your postage costs if you send your items back to us at your own free will.
